Abstract

A qualitative study of longitudinal cut was made in the group Fifth Year of Health Information Management at Medical Sciences filial Guantanamo in 2008-2013, with the aim of developing a program for basic spelling course allows you to raise the level of preparation of students in implementing the orthographic rules established in all exercises of their state tests. The universe and sample consisted of 56 students. Empirical and theoretical methods were used, observing the results of the evaluations in the pre professional of different disciplines, practical and theoretical exam, as the elements that lead to gain a greater understanding of the problem. As a conclusion, this program as part of the preparation of students they say they have serious difficulties obtaining better results in suspense for this cause. It continues teaching as a way of preparing students.
