The social innovation in the focus science-technology-society of the professionals of the health

Abstract

Partial results of the Institutional Investigative Project are presented for the evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of the intellectual capital in the services of health in Guantánamo, in development in the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo starting from the year 2016. The procedures continued in they belong together with those of a qualitative investigation as long as they allowed to characterize to the social innovation as essential component in the acting of the professionals of the health. By means of the bibliographical investigation she was necessary their definition and with the application of other investigation methods it was reached to identify the level in that she is and to establish the problem to solve in how to contribute to their development in the service of health. Starting from this primary information, it is sought to trace rules to continue for the development of the social innovation in the professionals of the health.
