Abstract

Two young female patients with a solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas, located between the leather and the tail, are reported. The clinical picture is not specific. They are performed ultrasound and abdominal computed tomography (CT) where a complex image is seen in the pancreas. Distal pancreatectomy is performed. Morbidity and mortality are zero and their short-term evolutions are good.
