Abstract

It is male patient 58 years with a history of previous health has been presenting pain colicky diffuse accompanied by asthenia, anorexia and weight loss a month of evolution, who attended the consultation surgery at the General Teaching Hospital "Dr. Agostinho Neto" where he was admitted. It was instructed ultrasound, plain abdominal radiography and laboratory studies. It was decided surgically intervention diagnosed with subocclusive syndrome and underwent aparotomy where blind intussusception was detected in ascending colon y intestinal parasitism pinworm masses. Evolving satisfactorily, it s discharged for outpatient follow-up. It has had an opportunity to eview many literatures where it states that intussusception is rare n adults so this case reports for publication.
