Abstract

A case of a patient with an epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of pancreas is reported. The clinical and imaging diagnosis is difficult because it offers no data to guide us. She underwent distal sparing pancreactectomy short vessels. The diagnosis is made by histology. According to the revised Western literature no report of this entity.
