Action plan to raise the scientific literature at the Polyclinic "Francisco Castro Ceruto”

Abstract

A study was carried out with the aim of designing an action plan based on the development of scientific publications in the Policlinic “Francisco Castro Ceruto “,"El Salvador", during the period 2009-2010. The study group consists of 152 users, choosing a simple random sample of 50 to 33%. As a result only 17 users had received during research. 42% had been conducted with a total of 21, and only 5 were published (10%). It was also found that 22% were aware of the basis of domestic and foreign data, 92% not know the rules for posting. The diagnosis allowed a plan of measurable and achievable tasks or activities in order to promote scientific publishing activity action. Conclusions and recommendations are issued.
