Paludismo complicado con absceso gigante. Presentación de un caso en Guinea Ecuatorial

Abstract

The presentation of a patient , one years old, with a history of previous health, is presented in ICU of Bonifacio Ondo Edu hospital , Equatorial Guinea, in June 2012, he  arrived to the hospital  by her mother presenting  a series of symptoms that are explained later and increased volume in the region of the back. An overview of the disease, the presentation and discussion of the case is made. Images of the case are presented.
