Abstract

A study was carried out from September 2012 to October 2013 at Central West Community Council Pastorita, aiming to develop alternative means or instruments to enhance the Therapeutic Physical Culture in the care of adult patients for treatment and prevention pain for some diseases and deformities of the feet. It is done with a population of 20 older adults, taking as example the 20 patients, which represents 100%. Two types of means or instruments for the treatment of these diseases, based on complementary medicine, especially designed reflexology. After three months of applied these instruments and proved as  efficient tool for the treatment of heel spurs, standing osteoarthritis, treatment of ailments deformities, allowing better recovery after fracture or sprained foot, and contribute to improve the circulatory system, improving the quality of life by promoting an optimal state of relaxation, physical and mental stimulation.
