Pleural effusion: diagnosis and therapy

Abstract

Cuba despite the lack of advanced diagnostic methods performed studies which have achieved valuable results on pleural effusion. A high incidence of cases entering the service of Pulmonology and Internal Medicine of the country is observed. The classification of this disease motivated to publicize and expose their clinical diagnostic judgment, in addition to therapeutic orientation, through this literature review.
