Abstract

A study was done in order to describe the clinical and epidemiological oral cancer behavior in Guantanamo province from 2007 to. 2011 The study group consists of 44 people diagnosed with oral cancer at the same time forming the sample. Age group, sex, topography and risk factors: a form of data collection with the following variables is constructed. Between the age groups 60-69, 70-79 and over 80 years old and males showed higher percentage of patients with oral cancer, being located more often this entity on the roof of the mouth and the risk factors most prevalence are age, smoking and oral sepsis.
