Abstract

A case in the Medical Mission of Haiti is registered ,case of male haitian patient with 35 years of age, with no previous medical history, appearing  deforming tumor in sacroccosygeal region , over 5 years of evolution. It is impossible to sit properly to him with ulcerated lesion by micro traumas, great psychosocial influences and aesthetic discomfort. Physical examination and complementary studies were done and finally was diagnosed neurofibromatosis type I, surgical treatment was performed and the patient was satisfactory evolution.
