Fatores antropogênicos associados à tentativa de suicídio

Introdução: a Organização Mundial da Saúde define ato suicida como qualquer ação pela qual um indivíduo causa dano a si mesmo, independentemente do grau de intenção letal e de serem conhecidos ou não os verdadeiros motivos.
Objetivo: descrever as características de personalidade de pacientes com tentativas de suicídio causadas por fatores antrópicos.
Método: foi realizada revisão sistemática por meio de estudo descritivo de artigos científicos publicados no período de julho de 2018 a julho de 2023, nas bases de dados: Medline (PubMed), Embase, Pre-Medline, Cochrane e DARE, foi realizada a busca utilizando as seguintes palavras-chave: “suicídio; personalidade; fatores antropogênicos. A busca foi executada de forma semelhante por meio da implementação do Medical Subject Headings.
Resultados: são múltiplos os fatores que condicionam a vida da pessoa, ou seja, as dificuldades que ela não consegue enfrentar; Este se tornará um ambiente favorável para ideações de tentativa de suicídio; Na classificação mais elevada estão os factores socioeconómicos, o bullying, os conflitos parentais, a migração, entre muitos outros que afectam principalmente os adolescentes.
Conclusões: o suicídio é um importante problema de saúde pública que provoca sintomas como culpa, ansiedade e depressão, em que a maioria termina em tentativas de suicídio ou morte. Os fatores antropogênicos que mais frequentemente intervêm na ideação suicida distribuem-se na economia, na família, nos problemas em casa ou na escola; com maior incidência na adolescência.
