Introduction: Multiple Sclerosis is an inflammatory, demyelinating and immunological disease that affects the Central Nervous System and is the most frequent cause of non-traumatic neurological disability in the young adult. Objective: To evaluate the benefit of an integrated neurorehabilitation program designed to improve the quality of life in patients with multiple sclerosis. Material and method: A longitudinal prospective quasi-experimental study was conducted in 33 patients who underwent the National Comprehensive Neurorehabilitation Program for 6 weeks. Results: The behavior of patients before and after the treatment evaluated by the quality of life questionnaire in multiple sclerosis (MSQLI) was analyzed. Conclusions: There were statistically significant differences in the physical and mental components, impact of fatigue, mental health and muscle strength. According to the results obtained, it is shown that the integral neuro-rehabilitation program is useful to improve the quality of life in adults with multiple sclerosis.
