Abstract

A program is designed for an elective course on research methodology topics, with the objective of motivating and developing research skills in interaction with its profile, since treatment was given to health problems, identified in different areas. It was taught to students of second and third year of different profiles of the career of Bachelor of Health Technology and Bachelor of Nursing. Obtaining, a posteriori, satisfactory results verified in the surveys and realized evaluations. It is concluded that the application of this program contributes to increase the interest and motivation of the students for the research activity, which today is a challenge in the current Cuban universities, thus allowing the development of science to be increasingly better in their relations Professional and human, by increasing the communication and exchange of knowledge and experiences with the community and also allows them a better interpretation of the natural and social processes that take place.
