Abstract

A study was carried out in several units inGuantanamoprovince. The universe is made up of by 1689 patients and families were attended and selected by the vertically graduates through stratified random sample of 979, besides an instrument was applied to obtain statistical information to population that was processed through the SPSS v 13, the variables was licensed by the vertically care, quality of care provided to patients as well as criteria and impact of verticalization. In the two levels of care were prepared many professionals, the care provided by nurses was classified as good, quality and levels referred, too, several criteria were favorable as well as, they were best equipped to provide care, they preferred that attention with these nurses; within the referred impact was the most educated nurses who had verticalized and social impact which affected the levels of care. With the formation of the vertically degree in nursing best level of care, process quality with ethical and scientific thought that could meet the health needs of the population that is achieved.
